Payment and Refund Policy

Ave, Oklahoma City, OK, 73134-5010, we are committed to providing high-quality culinary
courses — from essential techniques to gourmet artistry. This Payment and Refund Policy
outlines your rights and responsibilities when enrolling in our programs.
1. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of registration for any course or workshop,
unless otherwise specified in writing.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments through our secure
checkout system.
- All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
- You will receive a confirmation email and digital receipt upon successful payment.

2. Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email at least 7 calendar
days prior to the scheduled course start date to be eligible for a full
refund.
- Requests submitted within 6 days or less before the course start
date will be eligible for a 50% refund, provided the participant
has not yet attended any class.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the course
begins or for non-attendance, except in cases of medical emergencies or
instructor cancellations.
- In the event that we must cancel a course for any reason, a full refund will be
issued to all registered participants within 10 business days.
3. Transfers and Rescheduling
- Participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a different course session
at least 72 hours before the original course start date, subject to
availability.
- One free rescheduling per course is allowed. Additional changes may incur a $25
administrative fee.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Gift certificates, promotional discounts, or downloadable content are non-refundable
and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Any supplies, printed materials, or tools purchased separately are not eligible for
a refund once delivered.
